It snowed!!! Magical Boston snow. Overnight, the temp. dropped thirty degrees and the sky dropped the white stuff. Apparently, winter sneaks in like a thief in Boston. The cold wind off the hahbah makes my teeth chatter. Ahh, the long cold winter has begun. They tell me I won't be as amused about it come February, but for now I'm all smiles.
All smiles, except for the work, of course. I don't even know why I'm blogging. I have so much work to do that I feel guiltier with every word I type. But, hey, I'm only in Boston once in a lifetime and it should be recorded for posterity, right? Finals can wait.
So I totally in the mood for a margarita with friends, right now. I know Darci and Kim could hook me up. If only I could fly those two up here for the evening.
Oh, I've been invited to a menorrah and merriment party by a Jewish friend. I can't wait to experience the holiday through a different lens. More on that experience to come . . .
